Once all the settings are completed, the machining process can begin. The CNC milling machine will automatically control the movement of the tool and the cutting operation according to the program. During the processing, the operator needs to monitor the machine and the processing process at all times, and adjust the processing parameters in time to ensure the processing quality. After the processing is completed, use professional equipment for inspection and quality control to ensure that the parts meet the design requirements.


In the process of implementing this CNC machining project, we encountered some challenges. The first is the problem of process selection. We need to choose the appropriate process according to the material and requirements of the parts. The second is the complexity of program design, especially for complex shapes of parts, program design requires more technology and experience. At the same time, because CNC machining is an automated process, we also need to ensure the normal operation of the machine tool and control system, as well as the technical level of the operator.


To address these challenges, we have taken a number of measures. First of all, we have assembled a professional team, including designers, engineers and operators, to ensure that the project can proceed smoothly. Secondly, we introduce advanced CAD/CAM software to improve the efficiency and accuracy of design and program development. In addition, we have also strengthened equipment maintenance and operation training to ensure that the machine tools and operators are in the best condition.
